Big things are coming very soon
In the meantime here is a quick update to extend the current beta expiration date…

Over the next few days we will be submitting Cha-Ching Touch 1.1 to the App Store. Once that update is approved we will also be releasing the next beta build of Cha-Ching 2.0 for Mac which will improve the sync experience with Cha-Ching Touch as well as add and improve upon several user requested features like showing balance in the sidebar next to accounts.

As soon as Cha-Ching Touch has been approved we will be releasing a new build of Cha-Ching 2.0 (B98)

New in this version…

• Fixed an issue where categories would incorrectly be duplicated during sync with iPhone
• Added support for categories in multiple item editor
• Fixed an issue where transactions could not be deleted
• Fixed an issue where initial balance for an account could not be set to “0″
• Fixed an issue where the “cash” account icon would not show in the sidebar
• Bug fixes

*Note for iPhone users
If you are experiencing the issue where categories are getting duplicated on the iPhone during sync, install this build, then “swipe delete” the duplicated categories which can be found listed under the custom categories section of the Cha-Ching Touch settings screen.

Cha-Ching 2.0 B95 Released

We will post release notes tomorrow. We are pretty exhausted but here is the link to the update :)

A few quick highlights:

1. Improve support for initial balance
2. You can now include categories when filtering and performing smart searches
3. New drop zone for attaching files to transactions
4. Save button for smart searches now shows properly
5. Added support for more account types
